I always LOVE new smoothie ideas since I make them EVERY morning!

TIP-

If you’ve never done this before, try making a smoothie EVERY morning for just one week, and I bet you ANYTHING you will notice a HUGE change in your:

  • Energy level
  • Desire to be healthy
  • Willingness to exercise

Try it out, what do you have to lose (besides maybe a few inches hahahaha)

LUNCH TIME: I have been SOO busy today, and i woke up late so lunch cam late. but better late than never :) I must say its an odd combo, but it was good. veggie burger, nectarine, cucumber, paprika and tomatoes (which I already ate) <3
