I always LOVE new smoothie ideas since I make them EVERY morning!
TIP-
If you’ve never done this before, try making a smoothie EVERY morning for just one week, and I bet you ANYTHING you will notice a HUGE change in your:
- Energy level
- Desire to be healthy
- Willingness to exercise
